Common questions
How do I open my gallery?
Type the code from your photographer on glowsake.com, scan their QR code, or tap the link they sent you. Capitals in short codes matter.
I never got a sign-in email.
Check spam and promotions for Glowsake. The link and one-time code expire in 15 minutes. Request another from the app, then try again.
The app asks for Face ID on a private gallery.
That is by design. Galleries marked private stay veiled until you unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Unlocking lasts for this app session.
Can I take screenshots?
Some studios turn on Screenshot Shield. On Android it can block captures; on iOS we cannot block the system screenshot, and we say so honestly in the app.
I am a photographer. Is this the right place?
Studio accounts, billing, and gallery setup live in Semuko. Use Semuko support for those. This page is for people opening galleries in Glowsake.
